What a frenetic opening 25 minutes in Munich between Spain and France. Les Bleus opened the scoring early on, but Luis de la Fuente’s side have hit back in wonderful style, as they now lead 2-1.
It was Randal Kolo Muani that broke the deadlock inside the opening 10 minutes. However, France’s lead did not last long, as Lamine Yamal scored an incredible goal in his final match as a 16-year-old.
Just four minutes after Spain got their equaliser, they have now gone ahead. The ball broke the way of Dani Olmo inside the penalty area, and his shot went into the back of the net via a deflection from Jules Kounde. UEFA had initially ruled that it was an own goal from the Barcelona defender, but it’s now been given to Olmo.

What a match it has been, and Spain deservedly lead, having trailed only 17 minutes prior. Can they hold on to this advantage now for the remainder of the match?
