Le Normand has a steep release clause, which is set at €50m. Atleti would prefer to a deal in the region of €30m, whereas La Real are more likely to want in excess of €40m. It would be a significant deal, but it is one that Diego Simeone craves.
It remains to be seen if Atletico Madrid can get a deal over the line for Le Normand. Real Sociedad won’t make it easy, but additionally, they appear open to negotiations.
