Barcelona want to make a number of significant signings during the upcoming summer transfer window, and at this stage, one of their leading targets is Xavi Simons, who is expected to leave Paris Saint-Germain on another loan deal. Moves have already been made towards understanding whether it’s possible to get him.
PSG are prepared to allow Simons to join Barcelona, and there’s a good chance that a deal is done. According to MD, there would be no financial problems, as the 21-year-old’s contract would fit into their salary limit, and given that it would also be a loan, there would be no further payments required.
