Within La Masia, the stock surrounding Sama Nomoko continues to grow. The 16-year-old forward, who has played a large role for Barcelona’s U18 side this season, showed his quality at a recent RO16 cup clash for the club’s U17 side, as they took on the BCN Sports Academy.
Nomoko provided the spark on that occasion. The Malian youngster, who has been called gazelle-like by Sport because of his lightning-fast speed, scored twice for the U17s, taking his tally for the season up to 10 goals – and he has already contributed eight assists across the categories.
Barcelona officials are well aware of Nomoko’s performances, and the potential that he holds. Bojan Krkic, director at the Catalan giants, was in attendance to see Nomoko’s fine performance, as he keeps an eye on the academy.
La Masia continues to excite at Barcelona. After the cases of Lamine Yamal and Pau Cubarsi, players such as Nomoko could be the next ones to make that progression. For now, he will continue his work with the U18 and U17 sides.
Unbelievable the amount of talent coming through la masia atm music to every barca fans ears.
The only thing that is unbelieveable that tax money go to support idiots like you.
I’m happy to see that there are more than just midfielders standing out at the academy. Midfield is an important position group, but there’s typically a glut of talent there and little depth anywhere else.
Developing players in the front three and the back four should be equally as important, and it’s good to see that we’re finally starting to see progress in those areas.
what about LW? notice we don’t get too many talented strikers and wingers
What about you being an illiterate idiot snd clown?
