Jude Bellingham reported to La Liga over allegedly calling Mason Greenwood a ‘r*****’

Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham was key in their 2-0 win over Getafe, which was comfortable for Los Blancos. However after Aurelien Tchouameni saw his fifth yellow and a suspension for the Madrid derby on Sunday, Bellingham could be in trouble.

Footage during the derby sees Bellingham challenge Mason Greenwood, knocking the Manchester United loanee to the floor. As the camera zooms in on him, he allegedly calls Greenwood a ‘r*****’. Cadena SER say that Getafe have reported the incident to the RFEF, and have asked referee Ricardo de Burgos Bengoetxea to include it in his match report.

That would then open Bellingham up to a potential disciplinary process, but the likelihood is that they would be unable to prove what the Real Madrid star said, which would require a microphone to have picked it up.

Greenwood spent 18 months out of the game after he was accused of sexual assault, attempted rape and domestic violence, but the court case never came to fruition after the key witness withdrew from the case.
