Antoine Griezmann is widely considered to be one of the best players in world football at the moment. He has been in exceptional form for Atletico Madrid, having scored 13 goals already during the current campaign (nine in La Liga, four in the Champions League).
It’s clear to see that Griezmann is someone that enjoys football, and there’s no doubt that he will take in the game even when he or Atleti are not involved.
Griezmann has developed a favourite player in football, and he was asked about it by Culto Futbol. His answer will probably surprise many, as those outside of La Liga probably won’t be too aware of who it is – it is Girona star Aleix Garcia.

Garcia has been in outstanding form himself so far this season, and he has been a large part of why Girona current sit level on points with Real Madrid at the top of the table.
It also shows that Griezmann not only knows how to play ball, as he shown excellently with Atletico Madrid – he also has superb ball knowledge.
