Real Madrid considering moves for two of Segunda side Alcorcon’s brightest young talents

Real Madrid are monitoring two Alcorcon starlets.

That’s according to Marca, who note that Alcorcon are enduring a miserable season in the Segunda and currently sit rock-bottom.

Relegation to the third tier of Spanish football seems to be inevitable but one bright spot in their campaign has been the performance of several of their younger talents.

Two such talents – centre-back Oscar Rivas and striker Yago Paredes – have earned attention from Los Blancos. Rivas would join Castilla while Paredes would play for their Juvenil A side.

Madrid are keen to refresh their squad this summer.

Several high-earning players – like Isco, Gareth Bale and Marcelo – will leave the club when their contract expires while other under-performers will most probably be moved on, too.

In their stead Madrid will look to recruit bonafide stars like Kylian Mbappe, Erling Haaland and Aurelien Tchouameni.

But hungry young men like Rivas and Paredes are needed too.
