Ousmane Dembele misses Barcelona clash with Levante

Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele has been left out of the squad to face Levante today.

The French international was originally suspended for three La Liga games, following his red card in the 4-0 win at home to Sevilla on October 6th.

Following an appeal against his charge of using offensive language towards a match official at the Camp Nou, the ban was reduced to two games.

However, despite his availability for the trip to the Ciutat de Valencia, manager Ernesto Valverde has decided against selecting the former Borussia Dortmund man.

Samuel Umtiti has also been left in Barcelona, amid continuing concerns over his fitness.

But Arthur Melo and summer signing Junior Firpo have both come back into the squad, after injury ruled them both out of the 5-1 win over Real Valladolid.
