Real Madrid’s Casemiro suffers break in during Madrid derby

Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro is the latest La Liga star to suffer a house break in during a match.

The Brazilian international's home was raided as he was playing in the Madrid derby game on September 28th, with police in the Spanish capital confirming that an investigation is now taking place.

Reports in Marca this moring claim that members of Casemiro's family, including his wife and son, were present during the incident, however these reports have not been confirmed.

Casemiro joins a growing list of La Liga footballers that have suffered burglaries whilst away playing for the clubs, with incidents in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia in the last 12 months.

Real Madrid have confirmed that they are advising players not to upload images or information about their homes to social media, in order to increase security measures.
