Real Madrid midfielder Lucas Vazquez is confident Eden Hazard will have a huge role to play this season.
The Belgian suffered a thigh injury in pre-season, and made his delayed debut for the club off the bench in the 3-2 win at home to Levante this weekend.
Hazard arrived as part of a huge summer of spending at the Santiago Bernabeu, with the former Chelsea man setting a new club transfer record of €101M.
However, despite playing less than 30 minutes in a Real Madrid shirt, the 28-year old recieved huge praise from the Spanish international.
"We have seen the quality of Hazard today.
"Even in the time he was on the pitch you could see what he is capable of.
"I am confident that he will have an important role to play for the club this season."
Hazard almost netted a debut goal against Paco Lopez's side, however first half goals from Karim Benzema and Casemiro were enough to seal a first home win of the season for Zinedine Zidane's side.
