Serie A side AS Roma are considering a bid for Getafe defender Djene Dakoman.
According to reports in Italian online source Calciomercato.it, manager Paulo Fonseca is keen on a move for the Togolese international to improved their defence for the 2019-20 season.
However, they are also interested in a move for out of favour Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren, with the Croatian international set to play a bit part role at Anfield this season.
Getafe are aware of interest in the 27-year old, and have reportedly rebuffed offers from Premier League sides including Arsenal, Everton and Leicester City, after they declining to pay the release clause of €35m.
That could also be an issue for AS Roma, however they are aware that a deal for Lovren could be cheaper, with Liverpool asking for in the region of €20m for the 30-year old.
