FC Barcelona midfielder Oriol Busquets is a target for Dutch side Utrecht according to reports in Mundo Deportivo.
The 20-year old has been a regular for the club B team across the past two seasons, however he is yet to make a first team appearance under Enresto Valverde.
Despite recovering from a serious injury to play 30 reserve games in 2018-19, Valverde has promoted Riqui Puig from the youth ranks, as well as singing Frenkie De Jong from Eredivisie champions Ajax.
Busquets was included in the Catalan side's pre-season squad for their tour of Japan, however he knows a move away from the Camp Nou is the only way to boost his career.
Utrecht are reported to be interested in either a season-long loan for the Spanish U21 international, or a permanent €2.5m deal, however they are not his only option.
La Liga new boys Real Mallorca and Granada CF are exploring the possibility of a loan move, as well as Serie A side Sassuolo and Bundesliga pair RB Leipzig and Borussia Monchengladbach.
