Celta Vigo are likely to land Sevilla wing-back Aleix Vidal this summer in a cut-price deal, according to a report in Diario AS.
The Galician side will be able to sign the player outright in a €5m deal or make a season-long loan move for the out of favour 29-year-old.
Vidal returned to Sevilla from Barcelona last summer in a €8.5m deal but started just five matches in La Liga and now appears to form part of the mass exodus from the Andalusian club this summer.
Three years ago, the former Almeria player joined the Blaugrana in a €15m deal from Sevilla but struggled to win regular game-time at the Camp Nou.
The versatile player is said to be extremely keen on the move as it would appear to offer him a greater chance of first team football ahead of the new campaign.
However, Sevilla are said to prefer a temporary exit as they believe this could facilitate a rise in his market price for next year, when a permanent deal could be done.
