Sevilla boss Joaquin Caparros has revealed his determination to get the club back into the Champions League with a top four finish in La Liga.
The Andalusian side missed out last season, as Valencia claimed the final spot inside the top four, and they are locked in a tight battle with Getafe in 2018-19.
The two sides are level on points, but with head-to-head record outranking goal difference in La Liga, the side from South Madrid have the advantage, but Caparros is confident they can turn things around.
"Our maximum aim is to qualify for the Champions League.
"That is where we want to be, but we understand that it will be hard in the last few games of the season.
"The important thing for us is to recover quickly from each game and then move onto the next one.
"The pattern of Thursday and Sunday games can be difficult, but that is the case for most sides, so we just prepare as well as we can."
