Valencia boss Marcelino was full of praise for his players after they beat Zinedine Zidane's Real Madrid 2-1 in their La Liga clash at the Mestalla on Wednesday night.
The win lifts Los Che up into fifth place in the table, as they look to chase down a second successive top four finish at the end of the campaign, and the former Villarreal manager was delighted at full time.
"We played very well throughout the game.
"It was a very complete performance and we restricted them to virtually no chances for the whole game.
"I have not focused on Real Madrid here, I think our performance prevented them from playing."
Marcelino's side head to relegation battling Rayo Vallecano this weekend, with eight games remaining in the 2018-19 La Liga season.
