Valencia, Monaco lead way of Sevilla striker Andre Silva

Valencia and Monaco are now the frontrunners to sign Andre Silva, who is currently on a season-long loan at Sevilla from Milan, say reports.

The Portuguese striker got his career at the Spanish club off to a flying start with seven goals in his first seven La Liga appearances, but has added just two more in the league in 19 showings.

ABC now cite a report in Tuttomercato that the 23-year-old is being considered by Sevilla’s La Liga rivals Valencia alongside Ligue 1 club Monaco, who are planning a summer overhaul.

Earlier this month, Tuttosport claimed Los Rojiblancos would not sign the former Porto striker permanently and he will return to the Milanese giants this summer.

The Portugal international netted just twice in Serie A for the Rossoneri last season while Sevilla are thought to hold an option to sign him permanently in a €30m deal.
