Zidane and Vallejo ruled out Real Madrid v Alaves

Real Madrid defender Jesus Vallejo has missed training with the first team ahead of their clash with Alaves on Sunday night.

He has not featured since December 12th, in the Champions League defeat against CSKA Moscow, and he is continuing his recovery from a knee injury sustained in training.

Goal keeper Luca Zidane has been ruled out for a month with a thigh injury.

The 20 year-old had featured in recent squads due to an injury to Keylor Navas and the exit of Kiko Casilla, but with Navas' return to fitness his absence will not be as sorely felt.

Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema, Marco Asensio and Vinicius Junior are all back to full fitness, but Dani Carvajal and Raphael Varane are both suspended for this weekend.
