Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar has downplayed speculation linking him with a transfer by stating he now feels ‘at home’ in the French capital.
The Brazilian forward joined the Parisians in a world record €222m deal in the summer of 2017 from Barcelona, to whom he has been linked with a future return.
“I have adapted to life in French football, it was easy because Ligue 1 is very similar to La Liga,” Neymar told Canal+, in quotes carried by Marca.
“It was a little longer to adapt culturally and to the city but after the first period there, I now feel that I am at home in Paris.
“There is always speculation over me and my future but nothing is certain and when it is, that is the time when I will talk.
“I’m very happy to be talked about because that shows I am among the best, but many of the things that are said about me are simply not true.”
