Monaco have reached an agreement to sign out-of-favour Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas, according to reports.
Diario Sport cite a report in L'Equipe that there are discussions over a two-and-a-half year deal for the midfielder, who would be reunited with former Arsenal teammate Thierry Henry.
The Spanish midfielder has started just one of the West London club’s 20 Premier League matches to date this campaign, appearing as a substitute just four times.
Fabregas has been linked with a number of clubs including Milan, Valencia and Atletico Madrid, but his next destination has appeared unclear.
The former Arsenal and Barcelona midfielder moved to Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2014 and celebrates his 32nd birthday in May.
