Barcelona are keen on signing both Frenkie de Jong of Ajax and Paris Saint-Germain’s Adrien Rabiot (pictured), according to Marca.
The two central midfielders have been heavily linked to the Catalan giants in recent months with the report clarifying the club are willing to sign both.
It highlights how the trio of Sergio Busquets, Ivan Rakitic and Arturo Vidal are all now over the age of 30, while Philippe Coutinho ‘has not adapted’ to the position.
Denis Suarez is set to leave the club while Rafinha Alcantara is set to miss the remainder of the current campaign with a ligament injury, while Carles Alena is ‘too raw’ to be guaranteed minutes.
Rabiot is out-of-contract at PSG next summer while de Jong has been reportedly given a €70m price tag by Ajax.
