Valencia have officially signed Belgium striker Michy Batshuayi on a season-long loan from Chelsea.
The deal was confirmed on the websites of both clubs, although neither have specified whether there is an option to buy for Valencia.
The 24-year-old joined Chelsea in a €40m deal two summers ago and scored 19 goals in 53 appearances for the Blues, among them the finish that won them the Premier League title in 2016-17.
However, he struggled for game time last season and was loaned for its second half to Borussia Dortmund, netting nine times in just 14 games.
Batshuayi, who helped Belgium reach the World Cup semi-finals, had been heavily linked with Sevilla but will instead help Los Che on their return to the Champions League.
It remains to be seen whether Kevin Gameiro will still arrive from Atletico Madrid as Simone Zaza is a reported target for Italian side Torino.
