Sevilla have informed FC Porto they wish to sign Cameroonian international striker Vincent Aboubakar, according to reports.
A report in Portuguese outlet A Bola claims the Andalusian club are willing to lodge a €20m bid for the striker, whose release clause at the Portugal champions stands at €50m.
The 26-year-old netted 24 goals for Porto last season having spent the previous campaign on loan at Besiktas, whom he also helped to a league title.
The report claims Porto will only accept a permanent exit this time and whilst they are unlikely to hold out for his release clause, they could negotiate a higher fee for his services.
