Trio in for Leeds ace Saiz?

La Liga trio Huesca, Getafe and Valencia are all reportedly keen on bringing Leeds United attacker Samu Saiz back to Spain.

According to Sport Huesca journalist Edgar Navarro, the Primera new boys want to have Saiz in their ranks again after selling him to Leeds for €3.5m last summer.

However, he warns Getafe have already offered €7m and Valencia ‘almost €10m’, while former Athletic Bilbao boss Marcelo Bielsa – now in charge of the English club – hopes to keep him at Elland Road.

The 27-year-old scored nine goals and assisted eight in 37 appearances for Leeds last season, but the Whites only finished 13th in the EFL Championship, while his campaign was marred by a spitting incident, which saw him banned for six games.

Primarily a second striker but capable of playing out wide, Saiz began his career at Real Madrid, before spells at Atletico, Almeria, Getafe and Sevilla.
