Barcelona are preparing a move to sign Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante after the World Cup, according to reports.
Italian transfer guru Gianluca Di Marzio reports interest from the Spanish champions in the 27-year-old, who has helped propel France into this summer’s final against Croatia.
The Catalan giants have already signed Brazilian midfielder Arthur Melo this summer but have lost Andres Iniesta and Paulinho, while Andre Gomes is also expected to leave.
Indeed, the report suggests that the Blaugrana are considering offer the out-of-favour Gomes to Chelsea to sweeten any deal.
This could open the door to a move for the Frenchman, who won back-to-back Premier League titles with Leicester City and Chelsea before winning the FA Cup with the Blues last season.
