Milan Coach Gennaro Gattuso has appeared to rule out a move for Valencia striker Simone Zaza as ‘he is similar in qualities to Patrick Cutrone’.
Earlier this week, Gazzetta dello Sport stated an agreement has been struck between the player and Milan on a four-year deal worth a reported €2.5m per season.
“For now we are complete, if nobody moves, nobody will come in,” Gattuso is cited as saying by Plaza Deportiva.
“Signing Simone Zaza? He offers the same qualities as Cutrone who we have.
“I hope that Bacca comes with the desire to sweat and work hard, not with the idea of leaving.
“Andre Silva? I want him more awake, he knows what I expect of him.”
Zaza netted 13 goals with five assists in 39 competitive games for Los Che last season, but he is reported to be heading for the exit door at the Mestalla.
