Real Madrid are set to sanction a two-year loan deal for defender Achraf Hakimi to join Borussia Dortmund, according to reports.
Marca follow up on a report in German outlet Bild that states the Moroccan international is set to leave the European champions in a similar deal which took James Rodriguez to Bayern Munich last summer.
Madrid are closing in on the €40m signing of Real Sociedad right-back Alvaro Odriozola, who will provide direct competition with Dani Carvajal next season.
Hakimi, 19, is primarily a right-sided defender who can also play in the heart of the defence and he has already amassed 13 caps for Morocco, including all three group matches at this summer’s World Cup.
