El Mundo Deportivo cite a report on Goal.com that the Spanish duo are interested in the 21-year-old, with Sassuolo and Lille also in the hunt.
The Ivory Coast international could be loaned out by the FA Cup winners, although the reports indicate the player would rather leave on a permanent basis.
Boga spent the 2016-17 season on loan at Granada, making 26 appearances, while he has also had loan spells at Rennes and Birmingham City.
