Spanish winger Suso could make the switch across Milan with Inter reportedly in negotiation with their city rivals for his transfer.
Sky Sport Italia claim Alessandro Luci, the player’s agent, has met with the Nerazzurri several times in the hope of a deal this summer.
The Cadiz-native is said to have a €38m release clause in his contract but there are suggestions this only applies to clubs outside of Italy.
The report states Milan have not discounted the possibility of an exit and instead are willing to listen to an offer, with Napoli’s Jose Callejon identified to replace the player should he leave.
Suso, 24, made his international debut for Spain in November last year and starred for the Rossoneri this campaign, netting six times in 35 Serie A appearances.
Earlier this summer he was linked with a move to Atletico Madrid, but that now does not look likely due to their purchase of Thomas Lemar from Monaco.
