Luka Modric told Neymar ‘we’re waiting for you’, in what could have been the midfielder urging the Brazilian to join Real Madrid.
The incident was caught on camera by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and happened after the Selecao’s 2-0 win against Croatia on Sunday, when the pair were signing each other’s shirts.
At the end of the video broadcast, Modric could be heard saying ‘we’re waiting for you’ to Neymar, who laughed off the Croatian’s quip.
It comes amidst speculation that Madrid are planning to bring in the Paris Saint-Germain superstar and former Barcelona attacker this summer.
