Caparros has no doubts on Sevilla

New Sevilla Coach Joaquin Caparros has no doubts over the commitment of his players and explained he feels ‘in debt to the club’.

The 62-year-old managed the Andalusian club between 2000 and 2005 before returning last month for the final four league games of the season after Vincenzo Montella was fired.

“I can see in their eyes they are red and white,” Caparros is cited as saying by Marca.

“We must try to break the negative dynamic that has developed in the team but I am really hopeful we can achieve it, I can see it in the players.

“We want to bring joy to the players and make them enjoy training, to ensure they are motivated for each match.

“We have to continue to reinforce the ideas and concepts we have built up in training and carry that into the games.

“I had to return to Sevilla when given the chance because I am in debt to the club.”
