Juventus have joined the race to sign Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann while they also want Jose Maria Gimenez, according to reports in Spain.

The Bianconeri crashed to a 3-0 home defeat to Real Madrid in Tuesday’s Champions League action and they are ready to respond by reinvesting in their attack, according to Diario AS.

The French forward – who has also been heavily linked to both Barcelona and Manchester United – has a reported release clause of €100m, down from €200m last summer.

The Old Lady currently have Paulo Dybala, Mario Mandzukic and Gonzalo Higuain at their disposal but are willing to freshen up their attacking options to bolster their chances in Europe.

Juve also have a sustained interest in Atleti defender Gimenez, says the same report, and they believe the Uruguayan could help rejuvenate their ageing back-line.
