Hazard open to summer Madrid move

Eden Hazard is open to leaving Chelsea this summer and Real Madrid are his number one choice of destination, according to reports.

A report in The Times outlines the Belgian’s frustration at Stamford Bridge and primarily at the tactics by manager Antonio Conte.

The 27-year-old is said to be concerned by the Italian tactician’s friction with the club’s board and is “concerned that this conflict is undermining their season”.

The current English champions have lost four of their last five league games and Hazard has reportedly aired his grievances with the current situation and is now open to a move.

Madrid have long been linked with a move to the former Lille playmaker and are said to be willing to recruit heavily this summer.
