Chelsea goalkeeper has met with representatives from Paris Saint-Germain as they attempted to beat Real Madrid to a deal, say reports.
Diario AS cites a report in media outlet RTBF stating the goalkeeper, who’s contract at Stamford Bridge expires next summer, had held informal talks.
HLN journalist Kristof Terreur has also confirmed of the Parisian’s ‘definite interest’ but any future deal is based on the French club’s regulations with Financial Fair Play situation.
The meeting reportedly took place on Monday in a London hotel but Courtois holds reservations regarding their ability to perform strongly in the Champions League.
The Belgian goalkeeper has also been strongly linked to Madrid, with his contract extension talks at the English champions delayed by over a month.
