Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas does not believe former Barcelona teammate Andres Iniesta will be booed at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday.
The Barca captain netted a decisive last minute goal in the semi-final clash between the sides in 2009 but the former Arsenal midfielder believes he will receive a good reception in London.
“Iniesta will not get booed at Stamford Bridge, I cannot see that happen,” Fabregas told Radio Marca, as cited by Marca.
“My friends at Barcelona? I have stopped talking to them in the build up to the match, and while we remain close it is important for this to happen for a game like this.
“Am I happy at Chelsea? Yes, I’m playing a lot and I’m happy with the situation, the start of last season was not easy for me but I get along very well with the Coach (Antonio Conte).”
