Barcelona captain Andres Iniesta is excited for his return to Stamford Bridge, where he scored a famous goal nine years ago.
The midfielder netted a last minute equaliser for the Blaugrana in the 2009 Champions League semi-final against Chelsea to seal a spot in that year’s final against Manchester United.
“I become emotional every time I watch it and it is a special place for me,” Iniesta told El Mundo Deportivo.
“It was one of the best moments in my career in one of the most memorable occasions, to score such an important goal at that time and I know many Barcelona fans feel the same way.
“Chelsea are a dangerous opponent, teams of Antonio Conte are always very difficult to beat as we know before form both club and international teams.
“They are very solid and will know ways in which to attempt to combat us, we will need to be at the top of our game to advance.”
