Watford have officially appointed former Malaga boss Javi Gracia as their new Coach on an 18-month contract.
Gracia replaces Marco Silva, who was sacked earlier on Sunday after a run of eight defeats in 11 Premier League games.
The 47-year-old led the Andalusians to consecutive top-10 finishes in La Liga between 2014 and 2016, before leaving for Russian side Rubin Kazan.
He also guided lower-League clubs Cadiz and Almeria to Segunda and top-flight promotions and had been linked with the vacancies at Sevilla and Villarreal earlier in the season.
Gracia becomes the third Spanish Coach of the Pozzo era at Watford after Oscar Garcia and Quique Sanchez Flores.
