Borussia Dortmund playmaker Christian Pulisic has described Real Madrid’s Bernabeu stadium as ‘amazing’ ahead of his side’s visit on Wednesday night.
The American international played in the stadium last season with the Bundesliga side during a 2-2 draw and he will return for the final group game of this year’s group stage.
“The Bernabeu is the most difficult stadium I've played in,” Pulisic said in an interview with the Sports Illustrated.
“When we played against them last year I started and it was very intimidating, but it was also fun – the fans and the stadium are amazing.”
The German club have already been eliminated from the competition while Madrid will go through as group runners-up.
