Barcelona are ‘closely following’ Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli who ‘matches the profile’ of the Catalan giants, according to reports in Spain.
The 21-year-old has enjoyed a stunning rise to prominence since joining Spurs in 2015 from Milton Keynes Dons, netting 30 league goals in just over two seasons.
Diario Sport now report the Blaugrana and transfer chief Pep Segura in particular are keen on the England international.
They cite a report in the Daily Telegraph which states the creative midfielder’s weekly wage at Spurs is currently at €55k but a new contract could reportedly see that rise until €90k.
Alli has cut off his agreement with Impact Sports Management with football super agents Jorge Mendes and Mino Raiola both rumoured to be interested in making him a client.
