Real Madrid have announced that right-back Dani Carvajal has extended his contract with the club until 2022.
Madrid’s official website also confirms Carvajal “will appear at a Press conference in the media room at the Santiago Bernabeu” on Monday at 14:00 CET (13:00 BST).
The 25-year-old started his career with Los Blancos, joining them at just 10 years of age in 2002.
He spent the 2012-13 campaign at Bayer Leverkusen, before returning home and playing a key role in the side’s La Liga and Champions League successes.
Carvajal’s performances also forced Danilo to leave the club over the summer.
