Jean Michael Seri ‘does not believe’ he has played his last game for Nice following the club’s exit from the Champions League on Tuesday.
The Ivory Coast international was part of the Ligue 1 side who crashed to a 4-0 aggregate defeat against Napoli, but he did reference a potential move to Barcelona directly.
“We'll see about my future, but I don't believe this was my last game for Nice,” Seri is quoted as saying by ESPN.
“If it happens with Barcelona, that's good, otherwise I am happy in Nice.”
The 26-year-old has starred for Nice since a 2015 move from Portuguese club Pacos de Ferreira and has won 14 caps for the Ivory Coast.
