Neymar left Barcelona’s Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper training ground after only thirty minutes this morning and is reportedly en route to Paris.
The Brazilian is said to have informed his teammates on Wednesday morning that he was joining Paris Saint-Germain, after several members of the first-team squad demanded he clarified the situation personally.
The 25-year-old then departed the facilities after half-an-hour without training and is on his way to the French capital to complete his transfer, with Barcelona confirming he had been granted permission not to train on Wednesday.
The Parisians are now reportedly ready to trigger his €222m release clause at the Camp Nou after a carefully constructed deal and having agreed personal terms with the former Santos forward.
Diario Sport, El Mundo Deportivo, El Mundo, Marca and Cadena Cope are among the outlets to confirm Neymar bade his farewells this morning and is now set to complete the world record transfer to PSG.
