Inter and Watford have been identified as the two clubs interested in signing Valencia central defender Aymen Abdennour, according to reports.
Plaza Deportiva cites a report in Gazzetta dello Sport that the Nerazzurri have informed Los Che of their interest in the Tunisian and are keen on a deal.
The Valencia-based newspaper also said an English top flight had also been in touch regarding the former Monaco defender, which has been identified as Watford by Sky Sports.
Despite moving to the Mestalla two summers ago for a fee in the region of €20m, he is now thought to be on the market at €8m.
Abdennour made 48 appearances in all competitions for Los Che but started only nine La Liga games last season, and isn’t thought to be in new Coach Marcelino Garcia Toral’s plans after an underwhelming stint in Spain.
