Sevilla have completed the signing of attacker Nolito from Manchester City for a reported €9m.
Nolito has put pen to paper on a three-year contract with Sevilla after passing a medical on Sunday.
Furthermore, he will join up with his new teammates on their preseason tour of Japan once he obtains a visa shortly.
The 30-year-old only moved to City a year ago for €18m and scored six goals in 30 appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side last season.
However, he played just once more in the second half of the campaign.
Nolito will act as a direct replacement for Vitolo on the left wing and reunite with Eduardo Berizzo, who coached him at Celta Vigo between 2014 and 2016.
He becomes the Andalusians’ fifth summer capture after Ever Banega, Sebastien Corchia, Guido Pizarro and Luis Muriel.
