Sevilla have announced the signing of Manchester City forward Nolito for a reported €9m, subject to a medical.
A statement on Sevilla’s official website confirms Nolito will undergo a medical on Sunday, before putting pen to paper on a three-year contract with the Andalusians.
The former Celta Vigo star only joined City a year ago for €18m and scored six goals in 30 appearances for the English giants last season.
However, he made just one start for Pep Guardiola’s side in the second half of the campaign.
Nolito, who turns 31 in November, is now set to work under Eduardo Berizzo a second time, having been coached by the Argentine at Celta between 2014 and 2016.
He will also become Sevilla’s fifth summer capture after Ever Banega, Guido Pizarro, Luis Muriel and Sebastien Corchia.
