Rafinha part of Bellerin swap?

Barcelona are prepared to use the unsettled Rafinha Alcantara as a makeweight in a proposed move for Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin, say reports.

According to Marca, the 24-year-old would be an attractive option for Arsene Wenger who values his potential and ability to challenge for a first-team spot in North London.

The Brazilian, who reportedly is keen to leave the Camp Nou in order to find more playing opportunities, is said to be keen on a move to the English Premier League, despite also being chased by Italian champions Juventus.

Rafinha is valued at €30m by the Blaugrana and would be offered to the Gunners, alongside a modest transfer sum, for Bellerin – who is said to be their number one defensive target this summer.

New Barca Coach Ernesto Valverde is reportedly willing to sanction such a deal for both players, with Rafinha – whose brother Thiago plays for Bayern Munich – having his playing opportunities at the club limited further by the potential arrival of Marco Verratti.
