Sevilla and Deportivo La Coruna are set to go head-to-head in an attempt to sign Arsenal striker Lucas Perez this summer.
Both clubs are on the market for a striker this summer and the 28-year-old striker is set to leave the Emirates stadium, potentially on a loan deal, after starting only two Premier League matches.
Having only joined the Gunners last summer from Depor, the former Dynamo Kiev has failed to settle in North London and looks set to return to La Liga, according to his agent Rodrigo Fernandez Lovelle.
“The key date is 3rd July when Arsenal’s preseason begins,” Lovelle told Radio Gallega.
“Anything is possible -the president of Depor can do wonders while last year I met with Sevilla, who again are interested.”
