Diego Costa has confessed that he would only leave Chelsea for Atletico Madrid, who are “the club I like the most.”
Costa has been occasionally linked with a return to Atleti over the past three years, despire lifting two Premier League titles with Chelsea in that time.
“I’ll stay if the club and Coach want me to stay, but if they want to sell me to bring in other forwards, I’d only go to a top club and everyone knows which club I like the most,” the striker said after Sunday’s FA Cup Final, which Arsenal won 2-1.
“Atletico? Yes, it’s Atletico. Everyone knows this, there are no problems.
“I have no intention of leaving, I feel very good here, I have two years left on my contract, but if the club want to sell me, there’s only one team that I’ve already made it clear where I’d go.
“I’m fine, people talk too much. There’s a World Cup on the horizon and I want to play in it.”
