Barcelona right-back Aleix Vidal has been given the all-clear to face Alaves in the Copa del Rey Final, just three months after dislocating his ankle.
Vidal was expected to miss the rest of the season after a nasty collision with Alaves’ Theo Hernandez back in February, but despite a suggested recovery time of five months, he could replace the suspended Sergi Roberto in Barca’s XI.
Joining Sergi Roberto out of the squad are Luis Suarez, who is also banned, and the injured Jeremy Mathieu and Rafinha.
However, Gerard Pique and Javier Mascherano have travelled to the Vicente Calderon, which will host its last-ever game on Saturday evening.
Barca squad for Alaves: Ter Stegen, Cillessen, Masip; Pique, Mascherano, Alba, Digne, Vidal, Umtiti, Mathieu, Marlon; Gomes, Rakitic, Busquets, Denis, Arda, Iniesta; Messi, Neymar, Alcacer
