Jose Mourinho wants Manchester United’s Paul Pogba to persuade Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann to join the club, say reports.
The Daily Telegraph reports Pogba, who moved to Old Trafford from Juventus last summer, has been trying to allay fears of the former Real Sociedad forward regarding the weather in Manchester.
Griezmann, who has netted 22 goals for Diego Simeone’s men this season, has a reported €90m release clause in his contract and is reported United’s number one transfer target this summer.
Los Rojiblancos Coach Simeone admitted earlier this month that he would not stand in the way of the 26-year-old forward leaving the club this summer, should that be his wish.
