English side Fulham are hopeful of landing in-form Eibar striker Sergi Enrich on transfer deadline day, say reports in Spain.
AS state the Championship club are keen to bring another striker in late on in the transfer window and have already contacted Eibar regarding the possibility of a deal for the 26-year-old.
Fulham would be ‘willing to trigger’ Enrich’s buyout clause at the club, which is thought to be in the region of €10m and the player is apparently open to a move as it would ‘significantly’ increase his salary.
The striker has played in all 58 La Liga matches for the Basque club after he joined them from Numancia in July 2015, scoring 15 times in the process.
